Sierra Reed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the media and podcasting industry. Currently serving as an Executive Committee Board Member at The Podcast Academy since April 2023, Reed founded Vision Media Partners in April 2015. Previously, Reed held key positions at Urban One, Inc. as Sr. Director of Podcasting Operations from September 2022 to April 2023, and at WABE as Director of Podcasting for a brief period in 2022. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Writer for Sheen Magazine, which focuses on empowering women, and a tenure as Senior Manager of Station Services at PRX. Reed's early career featured positions in business development at WXNV Vision 105.1 FM and FRONTLINE Selling, as well as sales roles at Red Bull. Reed earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Georgia State University between 2008 and 2011.
