Shawna Pye is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources and office management. Currently serving as HR Manager at The Pictsweet Company since March 2022, Shawna previously held roles as Office Manager and HR at Blue Ribbon Builders, and Employer Relations Manager at Greenheart International, where responsibilities included recruiting and managing a high volume of employers. Shawna's extensive experience also encompasses managing recruitment programs for Grand Teton Lodge Company and serving in talent acquisition at Vail Resorts.
