Gladys G currently serves as a Volunteer Coordinator at The Phoenix since February 2023 and has been involved with Signs of HOPE since December 2020, where roles include After-hour Hotline Advocate, Community Engagement Manager, Community Engagement Coordinator, and Rural Coordinator/Housing Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Specialist at JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa from August 2015 to December 2020, and seasonal positions as a Cabana Host/Cashier at Wet'n'Wild Las Vegas from June 2012 to June 2015 and as a Salesperson at Victoria's Secret Pink from May 2014 to May 2015. Gladys G holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University (2017-2019) and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Biology from the College of Southern Nevada.
