Peter Carnival is the Executive Director of the Taxi and Limousine Division at the Philadelphia Parking Authority, where they oversee regulatory efforts to ensure safe and reliable for-hire transportation in Philadelphia. Previously, they served as a Managing Investigator at the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission, managing a high volume of consumer complaints, and worked as a Confidential Strategy Planner in policy and research. With a background in real estate development management at NYU Langone Medical Center and extensive experience in housing preservation and anti-abandonment initiatives in New York, Peter holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from the State University of New York Empire State College, which they are currently pursuing.
