Robert Nisley has extensive experience in project management and strategic guidance within public and educational sectors. Currently serving as an Advisory Services Project Manager at the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission since March 2013, Robert oversees critical business projects. Prior roles include various positions at the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency from January 1999 to June 2008, culminating as Director of Benefits and Employee Communications, and earlier experience as Assistant Market Manager at AMP Incorporated from December 1977 to January 1999. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Susquehanna University and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Saint Francis University.
