Previous roles at Johnson & Johnson included Senior Vice President, where Lakish led the Global Kenvue Transformation and EMEA Growth initiatives, and managed significant transformations in multiple regions, including Russia and Indonesia. Prior experience with Novartis Consumer Health and Procter & Gamble focused on brand building, digital marketing, and commercial strategies, achieving substantial growth and operational excellence.
