Karen Norton has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as the Retail Store Manager at The Paper Store since August 2021. Previous positions include Store Manager at J. Jill from October 2019 to August 2021 and Store Manager at Dooney & Bourke from February 2017 to October 2019. Additional management roles were held at J. Jill Group, Talbots, and Downeast Concepts - Cape Shore, where Karen also worked as a National Sales Manager, alongside an extensive tenure as Area Manager at Reebok from 1987 to 1999.
