James Molloy has extensive experience in financial management and advisory roles across various prominent companies. Currently serving as Advisor to the Managing Members of the Board at The Pacific Financial Group, Inc. since 2018, James has contributed to significant company performance improvements, achieving a 26% EBITDA CAGR. Prior to this, James held key positions at Alorica from 2013 to 2018, where substantial revenue growth was realized through transformative acquisitions, and at Vanguard Logistics Services, where James played a pivotal role in elevating the company from a $100 million firm to a $900 million leader in freight consolidation. Additional experience includes tenure as Corporate Controller and Assistant Treasurer at BAX Global, Global Director of Internal Audit at Brink's Inc., and Senior Manager at Deloitte.
