Since January 2013, Rich has operated as a keynote speaker and emcee while also serving as a brand ambassador for TalentSmartEQ since August 2024, focusing on the global impact of emotional intelligence. Rich's previous roles include client executive at Spotlight | Analyst Relations, director of strategic partnerships at Foundry, and director of business development at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A., where achievements included significant client growth and enhanced client satisfaction. Rich holds an MBA in Marketing Management & Communications and a BBA in Marketing from The University of Memphis.
