Justin Seguin has extensive experience in talent acquisition and labour relations, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at The Ottawa Hospital since July 2017. In this role, Justin has progressed through various positions, including Advisor, Analyst, Assistant, and Employee Services Representative, developing a deep understanding of talent management and workforce dynamics. Prior to joining The Ottawa Hospital, Justin worked as an Information Centre Specialist at Iron Mountain from March 2014 to July 2017, contributing to data management and organizational efficiency.
