Jay Baumgartner has extensive experience in financial services, currently holding the position of Senior VP at the Otis R. Bowen Center for Human Services since September 1991. Prior to this role, Jay Baumgartner worked as a Staff Accountant at Ernst & Young from August 1989 to September 1991. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration earned at Purdue University Fort Wayne between 2007 and 2009, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting obtained from Manchester University from 1985 to 1989.
