Neva Davidson has a diverse background in recruitment and account management, with extensive experience across various industries. Currently, Neva serves as a Member at The Old Girls Club since March 2022. Prior to this role, Neva worked at Bain Capital Ventures as Internal Talent Lead from May 2022 to January 2025. At Pinterest, from November 2014 to April 2022, Neva held several positions, including Global Business Recruiter for PR & Communications, Lead Business Recruiter for US Enterprise Sales, and People Experience Partner. Neva's previous experience includes roles at LinkedIn, Microsoft, Conde Nast, and Digitas, with a focus on account management and media planning. Neva holds a BA in American Studies from Trinity College-Hartford, obtained in 2005, and is a graduate of The Winsor School.
