Currently serving as a Partner at Silicon Foundry, Janina focuses on innovation advisory to help organizations navigate emerging technologies and market changes. Janina also holds leadership positions as Principal at the old girls club and Founding Member at Chief, which supports women's leadership. Previous roles include Head of Product & Marketing at Grasshopper Bank, Chief Customer Officer at Pivotus, and several senior positions at Kony, Monitise plc, Deloitte Digital, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Cisco Systems.
