Michael Sorenson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background that spans over a decade. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at The Okonite Company since July 2021, Michael previously held multiple HR roles at MW Industries, Inc., including Divisional Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Manager. Additional experience includes serving as Lead HR Business Partner and Compensation and Benefits Manager at Zodiac Aerospace, where responsibilities encompassed a wide range of HR functions and strategic initiatives. Michael has also contributed to the Santa Maria Human Resources Association as President and Vice President, and has experience in staffing solutions with Volt Workforce Solutions and United Staffing Associates. Education was completed at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
