Jennifer Keesmaat is a prominent urban planner and executive with extensive experience in urban design and development. Currently serving on The Urban Design Review Board at The Ohio State University and as President and CEO of Collecdev Markee, Keesmaat also contributes as a member of the International Panel of Experts for the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore. In 2019, Keesmaat founded The Keesmaat Group and has held positions such as Independent Board Member at May Mobility and Advisory Board Member for the Urban Land Institute. Previously, Keesmaat held the role of Chief Planner & Executive Director for the City of Toronto and was a founding partner at DIALOG, leading significant urban planning projects across Canada. Keesmaat holds a Bachelor of Arts from Western University and a Masters of Environmental Studies from York University.
