Erik Farley is an experienced educator and leader currently serving as an Instructor at The Ohio State University since August 2023. Previously, Erik held significant roles at the YMCA of Central Ohio, including Chief People, Equity and Inclusion Officer and Senior Vice President of Equity and Inclusion, where responsibilities involved transforming the organization's approach to inclusion, equity, diversity, and anti-racism. Prior experience at Denison University included positions such as Dean of Student Leadership and Community Engagement, Associate Dean of Students and Director of the Center for Cross-Cultural Engagement, and Assistant Dean of Students and Director of Multi-Cultural Student Affairs, focusing on community building and supporting historically underrepresented students. Erik's career also includes roles at Lawrence University, Eastern Michigan University, The College of Wooster, and Hathaway Brown School, demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and student success. Erik holds a BA from Denison University and an MA from Eastern Michigan University.
