Deborah Schroeder currently serves as the Assistant Vice President for Health Sciences Advancement at The Ohio State University since November 2021. Prior to this role, Deborah held several positions at The Ohio State University, including Chief Development Officer for the College of Engineering and various development roles spanning from Sr. Director to Director across different colleges. Earlier in their career, Deborah worked at the University of Dayton, where responsibilities included Director of Annual Giving and the President's Club, as well as Director of Development for Regional Major Gifts. Deborah holds a BS in Psychology and Communication Management and an MBA in Business, both from the University of Dayton.
