Chandra Carnes is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at the City of Dublin since April 2022, Chandra previously worked as a Human Resources Generalist for the City of Marysville from April 2019 to April 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as a Staffing Specialist at Elwood Staffing from August 2010 to April 2013 and as a Human Resources Assistant Recruiter at American Honda Motor Company, Inc. from November 2007 to March 2010. Chandra holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, completed between 2008 and 2010, and a Bachelor's degree in History and Spanish from Ohio University, obtained from 2003 to 2007.
