Kimberly J. Bunting, MBA, PHR, currently serves as the Director of the Human Capital Group at The O'Connor Group, where responsibilities include leading the development and growth strategy for the HR consulting practice, fostering strong client relationships, and implementing strategic HR solutions. Prior to this role, Kimberly held several key human resource positions, including Vice President of Human Resources at Persante Health Care and Freedom Mortgage, where significant HR infrastructure was established to support extensive organizational growth. Previous experience also includes positions as Consultant at Salo, Human Resources Director at Ascensus and Five Below, and Head of Human Resources for North America at Checkpoint Systems. Kimberly's educational background includes an MBA in Organizational Behavior/HR from Drexel University and a BS in Criminal Justice from Saint Joseph's University, where athletic achievements as a D1 women's basketball player were notable.
