Doug Yopp is an experienced real estate professional, currently serving as the Owner, Broker, and REALTOR® at The Oceanaire Realty since September 2017, leading a team focused on guiding families in their home buying and selling decisions. Prior to this role, Doug Yopp worked as a Buyer Specialist at The Rachel Kendall Team and held various development positions in higher education, including Associate Vice Chancellor for Institutional Advancement at Elizabeth City State University and Director of the Friends of the Library at North Carolina State University. Doug Yopp's extensive background in fundraising and development has resulted in significant increases in donor participation and revenue in previous roles at several universities. Doug Yopp holds a Master’s Degree in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management with a focus on Sports Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a minor in Journalism, both from North Carolina State University.
