Laila Helen Eriksen is an experienced professional currently serving as QHSE Manager at Omega Subsea in the UK and Norway since June 2023. Laila has held various leadership roles including Member of the Board at Den Norske Dataforening, Senior Advisor at Personalhuset HRC Offshore, and General Manager at Hetta Offshore AS, where Laila founded the company. Previous positions include Contract Manager Drilling and Well at ROSS OFFSHORE CONSULTANCY LIMITED and Resource Coordinator/Key Account Manager at Moreld Ross Offshore. Laila's career began at Adecco Information Technology as a Sourcing Manager and Branch Manager in Hospitality Bergen.
