Eliza Dusharm is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Vice President for Human Resources at The North Star Health Alliance since October 2023. Previously, Eliza held the position of Assistant Vice President for Human Resources at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center and Carthage Area Hospital from January 2022 to March 2024. Eliza also worked at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center from March 2013 to January 2022, progressing from Assistant Director for Human Resources to HR Generalist. Prior to that, Eliza served as HR Administrator at Metro Paper Industries of NY from October 2010 to March 2013. Eliza holds an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology, earned between 2005 and 2007.
