Tyler Allen currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources for The North Face and VF Corp Americas since August 2023, following a successful tenure at Nike from 2015 to 2023, where Tyler held various roles including Vice President of Global Talent Management and Senior Director of Talent Management and HR Business Partnering. Prior experience includes significant positions at Microsoft between 2004 and 2015, such as HR Director for M&A and Senior HR Manager for Windows Phone Engineering, along with roles at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and a graduate assistantship at Michigan State University. Tyler Allen holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Michigan State University and a degree in Business Management and Human Resources from Utah State University.
