Melissa Clayton has a diverse work experience. Melissa is currently involved with The NORTH by Female Founder Collective and is a member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle. In their previous roles, they were the CEO and Founder of Tiny Tags, an online store specializing in personalized jewelry for mothers. Melissa also founded The Matte, which is a foldable and expandable mat for creating an instant beauty counter on a bathroom sink. Additionally, Melissa has worked as a Senior License Consultant at Oracle and as a Certified Public Accountant in tax and audit at PwC.

Melissa Clayton has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting and Business/Management from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. Melissa also holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In addition, Melissa has obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB).
