Norberto Santana is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system and network engineering. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at The New York Racing Association since April 2015, Norberto has a solid background in DevOps, having worked in that role at both Citi from October 2011 to December 2015 and Advanced Public Safety, Inc. from October 2009 to October 2011. Prior to these positions, Norberto held roles as a Network Support Engineer at Citrix and a Server Engineer at ScriptLogic. Educationally, Norberto holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from American InterContinental University and an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science from Broward College.
