Kate Hoffman is an Adjunct Professor at Parsons School of Design - The New School, specializing in topics such as Innovation, Design Strategies, and Ethical Leadership since 2023. Previously, Kate founded Spacey Studios from 2019 to 2022. Kate held multiple roles at Endemol Shine Group from 2015 to 2018, progressing from Director to Executive Director in Business Development. At IAC, Kate served from 2013 to 2015 in various managerial positions in Business Development. Earlier experience includes contributions to Refinery29 and internships at Time Inc., where Kate was recognized as a winner in the Intern Challenge. Additionally, Kate excelled as a Sales Associate at Ralph Lauren, achieving top sales rankings. Educational background includes a Business degree from The George Washington University School of Business, alongside studies at AngelPad, The American University of Paris, and the Fashion Institute of Technology.
