Jennifer Wiens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. As the Chief Executive Officer and Principal Recruitment Consultant at The New Network since August 2016, Jennifer established the company to meet the needs of diverse industries, focusing on high-growth sectors. Prior to this role, Jennifer served briefly as the Fractional Head of Talent Acquisition at ZayZoon, where significant contributions included recruiting numerous new employees and enhancing internal recruitment functions. Jennifer's earlier experience includes a successful tenure as a Recruitment Consultant at Summit Search Group, where innovation in recruiting processes led to record-breaking results. Additional roles span business development and territory management in multiple organizations, supported by a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree from the University of Calgary and graduate studies in Sociology at Northwestern University.
