Charlotte van Hees

Charlotte Van Hees is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and policy development within various sectors. Currently serving as Adjunct Directeur at the Sociaal en Cultureel Planbureau since October 2024, Charlotte focuses on researching the social dimensions of government policy. Prior to this role, Charlotte held positions including Director of Operations at QuTech, leading operational strategies for quantum research, and Director of Strategic Policy Development at Hogeschool Leiden, where Charlotte oversaw corporate policy across multiple domains. With a solid foundation as Deputy Director at VSNU, Charlotte contributed to finance, personnel, and governance, while also acting as a strategic advisor in the education sector.
