Stephanie Symonds, Assoc CIPD, has a robust background in training and development, currently serving as an Internal Training and Development Worker at The Nelson Trust since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Learning and Development Coordinator and Account Support at Clifford Talbot Partnership from November 2017 to July 2021, and as an Operational Trainer and Training Manager at Ecotricity from September 2013 to December 2017. Earlier career stages involved various positions at Lloyds TSB, including Customer Assistant and Domestic Billing roles from July 2011 to August 2013. Stephanie holds a Foundation degree in Art from Stroud College, completed in 2009, and graduated from Stroud High School in 2008.
