Drew Spence is an experienced community-focused professional with a robust background in non-profit organizations and educational support. Currently serving as Community Coordinator at The Navigators since June 2015, Drew provides mentorship and support to marginalized families in South Seattle. Previously, as Campus Coordinator at The Navigators of Canada, Drew co-founded the Navigators International Community, enhancing support for over 100 international students. Experience includes roles as a Career Specialist and Instructor at Steps to Success, where Drew equipped low-income single parents with essential employment skills, and as Program Manager at Samaritan's Purse, leading relief efforts in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Planning from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Dalhousie University.
