Theresa Shaw is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at The Nature Conservancy since April 2020, Theresa is also a Founding Member of Chief, a network dedicated to empowering women in leadership. Previously, Theresa held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at The College Board from December 2012 to April 2020, and served as Chief Operating Officer at both Scantron Corporation and ECMC. Additionally, Theresa was Chief Operating Officer at Federal Student Aid, U.S. Department of Education, and spent over two decades at Sallie Mae in various capacities, including Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer.
