Karina Azevedo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in innovation, product management, and operational efficiency. Currently serving as the Innovation and Scale Lead at The Nature Conservancy since December 2022, Karina previously worked as a Product Manager at Meta from February 2022 to December 2022, focusing on financial processes and operational efficiencies. Prior roles include Innovation Manager at FIDI, where Karina conducted research on emerging technologies, and Product Owner at Dasa, where Karina led the conceptual design of a Laboratory Information System. Additionally, Karina held positions as Innovation Project Manager and Trainee at Dasa, contributing to the establishment of an innovation division and the implementation of a large-scale digital pathology project in Latin America. Karina's career began with an internship at WestLB, specializing in credit analysis and finance. Karina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from USP and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FGV.
