Andres Garcia has a diverse work experience that spans from 2012 to 2023. Andres began their career at Boston Ballet as a member of Boston Ballet II, performing classical and contemporary ballets. Andres then progressed to become a Boston Ballet Company Artist, where they performed a wide range of classical and contemporary works, representing Boston Ballet internationally. In 2022, Andres transitioned to PENCIL, Inc. as an Operations Manager, overseeing organizational operations and implementing process improvements through automation. Currently, Andres holds the position of Development Operations Manager at The Nature Conservancy, where they focus on principal gifts development.
Andres Garcia obtained their Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies and Business, with a minor in International Relations, from Northeastern University in 2020. Andres then pursued a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management and Project Management from Northeastern University, which they completed in 2022. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Salesforce Essential Training, Negotiation Fundamentals, Project Management from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, and Cultivating Resilience During Crisis from Northeastern University.
