Ilham Bayquni is a researcher at The National Research and Innovation Agency of The Republic of Indonesia, active since October 2021 as a member of the Nuclear Fuel Technology Research Group. Responsibilities include the synthesis of surrogate kernel materials for High Temperature Gas-Cooled Reactor Fuel, anodizing Zr-based alloys for Accident Tolerant Fuel Cladding, conducting post-irradiation examinations of UO2, and separating rare earth metals from minerals. Prior experience includes roles as a research assistant at Badan Tenaga Nuklir Nasional (BATAN) and Balai Besar Bahan dan Barang Teknik (B4T), focusing on secondary battery material development and managing material characterization. Ilham Bayquni holds a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from Institut Teknologi Bandung, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor's degree from the same institution, earned in 2016.
