Patricia Ceysens has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member for The National Lottery and Econopolis Wealth Management since 2021 and 2020 respectively, Patricia also holds the position of CEO at WeWatt since 2011. Patricia's political career includes serving as a Volksvertegenwoordiger in the Belgian Chamber from 2014 to 2019 and as a member of the Vlaams Parlement for nearly two decades from 1995 to 2014, during which time Patricia also served as Minister of Economy, Entrepreneurship, Science, Innovation, and Foreign Trade from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Patricia has held board member roles at companies such as Oxurion NV and Flanders Make and was the President of asbl BeCommerce vzw from 2011 to 2018. Educationally, Patricia obtained a Master of Laws from KU Leuven and a Bachelor of Laws from Université de Namur.
