Jeremiah Gonzales possesses extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Commercial Insurance Academic Director at The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research since July 2022. Previously, Jeremiah held the position of Commercial Lines Insurance Operations Manager at INSURICA from September 2021 to July 2022, and served in various roles at Higginbotham, including Regional Carrier Relationship Manager and Commercial Marketing Specialist from June 2014 to October 2021. Additional experience includes working as a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Executive at Time Insurance Company, a Commercial Lines Account Manager at American Casualty Insurance Agency, and a Customer Service Representative at Progressive Insurance, where focus was on high-risk states. Jeremiah began the insurance career at USI Insurance Services as a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager, managing renewals and advising on insurance options. Education includes attendance at Angelo State University and a diploma from Lake View High School. Jeremiah holds the professional designations of CIC, CRM, and CRIS.
