Josh Howe, P. Eng., MBA, has extensive experience in maintenance and engineering roles at The Mosaic Company, serving as Global Process Owner for Acquire-to-Retire (Assets) and previously in various managerial positions focused on asset strategies, reliability, and maintenance at the Belle Plaine site. Josh has also contributed to academia as a sessional lecturer at the University of Regina, teaching Statistical Quality Control and applying engineering principles to solve real-world problems. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Systems Engineering from the University of Regina. Throughout a career that began with engineering co-op positions, Josh has been involved in continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence strategies, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
