Jody Hilderman P. Eng, MBA, has extensive experience in the mining industry, currently serving as General Manager for The Mosaic Company since December 2009, with prior roles including Senior Manager of Training, Transition Lead, Senior Mine Manager, and Superintendent of Operations. Notably, Jody has also held positions such as Asset Strategy and Engineering Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, and Superintendent of Capital Projects within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Project Engineer for Mera Group of Companies from May 2002 to May 2008. Jody holds an Executive MBA from the Hill and Levene Schools of Business at the University of Regina and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering from the University of Regina.
