Shannon Smith is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in the mortgage and real estate industries. Currently serving as a Senior Loan Officer at CTC Mortgage Company, LLC since December 2018, Shannon also works as a Mortgage Loan Officer at The Mortgage Firm, Inc. since November 2017. Shannon's career in real estate began as a Realtor at Home Wise Realty from April 2011 to August 2012 and has included roles as a Real Estate Account Executive and Mortgage Loan Officer at RPFunding since August 2012. Previous experience includes sales at TissueNet, Inc., processing at Corbanc Commercial, and serving as an Account Executive at Taylor, Bean & Whitaker for nearly a decade. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from UCF College of Business, completed between 2002 and 2004.
