Prior roles include Project Superintendent at WDF Inc. from February 2019 to December 2024 and Construction Superintendent at JRM Construction Management from April 2017 to February 2019. John has a strong background in supervising and coordinating commercial build-outs in New York City, emphasizing quality, schedule, and budget adherence. With prior experience as an owner at Rosciano & Co. and Carpenter Foreman at Jacobson & Co., projects have included significant developments like 300 Madison and Memorial Sloan Kettering. John began their career in the US Navy from August 1992 to November 1994 and studied at Nassau Community College from 1990 to 1992.
