Jose Esparza is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Chef at Los Serranos Golf & Country Club since May 2022. In addition, Jose has held the position of Executive Sous Chef at South Coast Winery Resort & Spa since July 2017 and has been part of The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa since May 2008, where roles have included Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine. Jose's culinary education includes an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Kitchen Academy, completed between 2007 and 2008.
