Having lived and worked in Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, and the USA, they have a strong background in meticulously planning and executing high-end events for luxury brands and exclusive weddings. Their career began at Hilton Sydney, where they completed a traineeship and excelled in various roles, later earning accolades while working at Flight Centre and Bertrand at Mister A's. Hale studied Hospitality, Event, and Travel Management at TAFE and is known for their keen eye for detail and passion for creating unique event experiences.
