Maddie Landsverk currently serves as the Human Resource Director at The Minnesota Daily, where responsibilities include overseeing employee recruitment, facilitating meetings to enhance employee relations, and developing training materials. Previous roles include Human Resource Associate and Intern at the same organization, as well as a Strategic Sourcing Intern at Polaris Inc. and a Marketing Intern at Bulbshare, where data analysis and customer insights were key tasks. Maddie has experience in mentoring as a Carlson Crew Mentor at the University of Minnesota, organizing resources for students, and enhancing public speaking skills as an Outreach Specialist during a summer internship at First English Lutheran Church. Maddie gained foundational skills in communication and training as a Sandwich Artist at Subway. Currently pursuing a Bachelorā€™s degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management, along with Human Resources and Industrial Relations, at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
