Colleen Hase

Colleen Hase has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Colleen is currently the Vice President of Information Technology at The Minneapolis Foundation. Prior to this, Colleen served as the Director of Information Technology at Second Harvest Heartland from 2018 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for strategic technology application, implementation and support of architectures and technology products, project management, help-desk support, network administration, and staff leadership and training.

Before joining Second Harvest Heartland, Colleen worked at TCF Bank from 2013 to 2018 as the Senior Manager of IT Service Delivery/End User Support. In this position, they oversaw the development and administration of projects, procedures, and policies to ensure optimal performance and delivery of support services. Colleen also held senior management positions at Thrivent Financial from 2006 to 2013, where they managed the Testing Center of Excellence and the Technology Service Center. In these roles, they were accountable for testing services, resource planning, ITIL maturity objectives, and staff mentoring and management.

Colleen's earlier experience includes working as a Technical Support Manager at Symantec from 2003 to 2005, where they supported the engineering team and handled escalated cases. Colleen also served as a Customer Service Manager at Cap Gemini from 2001 to 2003, where they resolved customer tickets, managed a team of analysts, and played a role in sales support.

Throughout their career, Colleen has consistently demonstrated expertise in technology management, project implementation, strategic planning, leadership, and customer service.

Colleen Hase completed their education at St. Catherine's from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in Management Information Systems with a focus on Information Security and Sales.
