Ozmara A. currently serves as the Manager of External Communications at The Mind Trust, focusing on transformative education rooted in equity, and also works as a Creative Assistant at ColoresCreative.Co, which amplifies voices of progress and innovation. Previously, Ozmara held the position of Talent and Communications Coordinator at Victory College Prep, where responsibilities included managing social media strategy and assisting with key communication initiatives. Ozmara participated in the AXIS: Mayor Hogsett’s Latino Leadership Program, which aimed at developing civic and community leadership among young Latine professionals. Earlier experience includes serving as Community Relations Manager and Customer Service Intern at Cheddar, along with internships at the Center for Victim and Human Rights and the Indiana Latino Institute. Ozmara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Indiana University Bloomington and an Associate in Science Degree from Vincennes University.
