Ferran Zavala has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ferran has held various roles in different companies. Ferran started their career at Retevisión in 2001 as a Director Territorial for Empresas. Ferran then moved on to Auna in 2004, where they served as the Director Territorial. In 2005, they joined ONO as the Director Territorial for Empresas. Zavala worked at Eurobungalow in 2007 as a Business Development Manager before joining InfoJobs.net in 2008 as the Director of Sales for the IT sector. From 2010 to 2015, they held the position of Director Comercial at Verticales Intercom. Ferran returned to Verticales Intercom in 2018 as the Director of Divan Terapia Online. Zavala also worked at Intercom Empresas from 2016 onwards as the Managing Director. Ferran is currently serving as the CEO and Chief Energy Officer at The Mind Hub Company, a position they have held since 2019.

Ferran Zavala pursued their education at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 1982 to 1991 where they studied and obtained a degree in Ingenieria superior en Telecomunicaciones. Furthermore, in 1997, they attended IESE Business School for a Professional Development Program (PDD).
