Kimbel Stokes has extensive experience in the paving and construction industry, serving as General Manager of The Miller Group, Inc. since February 2004 and President/Owner of Speedway Pavement, Inc. since 1996, where Stokes specializes as a paving consultant for super speedways and dragstrips. Previous roles include Vice President at Carroll & Carroll from 2001 to 2003, Region Manager at Reeves Construction Company from 1998 to 2001, and President of ARCO & Coastline Paving, Inc. from 1996 to 1998. Additional experience includes serving as Division President at APAC - Carolina, Inc. from 1991 to 1996 and holding various management positions at APAC from 1971 to 1991.
