Ben Sampson currently serves as the Head of Facilities Management at The Midcounties Co-operative since September 2023. Prior to this role, Ben gained extensive experience at Ambassador Theatre Group, where titles included Head of Facilities Management, Facilities Contracts Manager, and Property Manager from August 2017 to September 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Area Facilities Manager at University College London for one year, and holding various management positions at Co-op from December 2011 to May 2016, including Category Manager and Performance & Cost Manager. Ben's career began at GO Outdoors LTD, where roles included Customer Service Manager from May 2005 to November 2011. Ben holds a degree in Construction Project Management from Sheffield Hallam University, completed in 2016.
