Derek Podgornik, CPM, has served as Property Manager at The Michelson Organization since 2011, overseeing high-quality multifamily residential, office, and industrial properties. Prior to this role, Derek was the Finance and Communications Coordinator at ArtStart, a non-profit organization focused on arts education, from 2010 to 2011. Derek holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Energy Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, obtained in 2010.
