Zimple Kurlawala is currently serving as the Associate Director of Research Programs at The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research since March 2023. Previous positions include Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Louisville in the Center of Cardiometabolic Science and the Diabetes and Obesity Center from January 2021 to February 2023, and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the National Institute on Aging from November 2019 to January 2021, focusing on aging and Alzheimer's disease models. Zimple has also engaged in academia as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Spalding University and held multiple clinical externships across various specialties. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Pharmacology and Toxicology, an MS in Pharmacology and Toxicology, an MPH in Public Health Education and Promotion, and an MD.
